This is rather a tricky subject as not many people are aware that science has not completely shown whether acne is directly controlled by what you eat or drink. Fresh fruit and large helpings of vegetables are most beneficial to the prevention of acne.
The presence of acne on the face, back, neck or anywhere else on the body can lead to embarrassment and low self esteem. Since it can cause a serious loss of self esteem, having acne can leave emotional and psychological scars that can last a lifetime, as well as scars on the affected skin.
